This post is all about you guys. Gratitude is a big deal to me. I thank you. You readers, you who make my recipes each week and you who have continually supported me and my blog, many of you from the very beginning when I started it just over 2 years ago.
For the past 2 years, my blog has grown more than I ever imagined and I have YOU all to thank for it. I had a very specific vision when I started The Vegan 8 and it has become such a big part of my life and one of my greatest passions. Without you all making my recipes and loving them and sharing them with your family and friends, it would not grow. Yes, I work extremely hard in the kitchen testing to share recipes, which is important for a blog to grow since the recipes need to be great, but my gratitude goes to you guys who make them. Over and over. I have gotten to know many of you by name and know your stories and even many of your allergies. I have worked hard to show you I care about you and your requests and connect with you.
To show you my gratitude, I figured a big beautiful shiny NEW Red KitchenAid Food Processor would be a great Christmas present for one of you. I chose a food processor because it is the ONE major kitchen appliance I use the MOST out of everything. I absolutely cannot live without it and I use it more than anything else for my recipes. Since so many of you have stated you do not have one, I figured this would be the best gift to share as a giveaway.
I love receiving your comments, feedback and your emails each week. I love getting your recipe requests and although it takes me some time to get to them all, I’m truly touched that you reach out to me and have confidence in me to create something for you. You really don’t know how humbled I am by that. So, thank you.
So, to enter this giveaway, it’s very simple. All you have to do is TWO things: Enter the Giveaway below and be subscribed to my blog. Afterall, I’m giving you the opportunity to win a brand new appliance, you should already be subscribed I hope, haha! You can subscribe in the red box on the right side bar, if you haven’t yet!
This is not a sponsored post, I bought this with my own money, so I can only afford to ship it within the USA, so please don’t be mad at me if you live outside the US. 🙂
Here is my beautiful daughter being a cute little hand model for the processor….this picture seriously made me laugh!

Isn’t it funny how fast hing can grow or change… You have a wonderful giving spirit – how amazing that you purchased this to give away to your followers – I have never heard of anything like that!! Truly an inspiration!
I do not have a food processor, we didn’t have one as a child, so I make sue with a blender and good old fashioned arm power for most recipes… It would be nice to have a good food processor though.
Merry Christmas to you and your family!
Hummus! lots and lots of hummus!
Wow How Exciting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just started making my own nutbutters <3 and I would loooooooove to win a nicer, bigger and definitely prettier food processor since my blades are really being put to the test with my current processor!
BTW, dinner last night was your Black Beans and Rice bowl with the fabulous mustard/maple syrup sauce. Such a HUGE HIT in my household!!!! Lol my daughter doesn't even use a utensil, she scoops it out with either tortilla chips or doritos. =)
You ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Di 😉
Hummus! I prefer a food processor for hummus, since it’s easier to get every last finger-licking bit of it out! ?
This is such a wonderful opportunity Brandi, and such a sweet post. And Olivia is fantastic at showcasing it 🙂 And I would make rawnola, because that’s kinda all I eat right now lol!
I would make hummus for sure, salad dressing, nut butter, pastry dough, bread! I would also like to try cashew “cheese”.
Your blog never fails to give great, creative, meal ideas! My go-to spot when I’m stuck for ideas. Many thanks to you!
Homemade KIND bars and others! My hubby blew my prior one up, so it would be off-limits to him!
OH my, too many options. Pesto, hummus, cashew cheese sauce, truffles!
I know the first thing I would use this processor for- roasted red pepper and white bean spread! Thank you for the chance to win something so great (and RED!).
Love your facebook posts and blog!
I would like to try to do peanut or almonds butter, because I love those and I can’t do them with my food processor.
Have a good day,
Leslie
I’d I were to win this lovely fits processor, I’d make soooooooooo much nice cream I would be overwhelmed with bananas. My blender doesn’t really make it very well so this would be a great asset for this recipe as well as many more#
This is such a generous giveaway Brandi!!! If I won this I would definitely make some cashew-based sauce or cheesecake – my current food processor just doesn’t seem to to the trick!
Hummus, banana soft serve, nut butter… Everything!
If I had this food processor, the first thing I would make is a batch of healthy pasta dough so I could make my own healthy pasta!
I would make some beet hummus!
probably some good ol hummus… your daughters picture is adorable by the way, thanks for the chance to win!
Would love to make homemade salsa, or use it to chop some onions so I don’t cry!
What an awesome giveaway, Brandi! Food processors make the best hummus.
New to your recipes. Thank you for the most amazing recipes. On my second batch of Cajun red beans & rice burgers. Amazing!
I would make all kinds of homemade cashew and almond butters!
I love soups and salads for dinner, so I’d use this for both…love it
I’m just starting to incorporate a Food Processor into my repertoire. I always just used my Blendtec in the past for all jobs, but there are many times that a Food Processor makes more sense and makes the job even easier. However, my Food Processor is a hand me down that is on its last leg. Thanks for this promotion, and for it coming out of your own pocket to boot!
I would probably try making something like a smoothie. 🙂
I have been wanting to make “Olive Tapenade Hummus” for ever!
I’m always making burrito mix in my food processor, or pulsing up some chickpeas for Chickpea Salad! So probably one of those. Or I’d have to look up some new recipe to try 😀
I would make anything and everything Vegan8-related! Thank you so much for constantly being an inspiration in my life as well as in so many others!
Brandi, how sweet of you to do this for your supporters! I do not want the processor, and I surely THANKYOU for the opportunity; I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your emails. If it weren’t for your recipes, I would not have been nearly as happy being Vegan, now 18 months! You are the best recipe creator in the world! I come from a long line of Home Economists, with a specific interest in Nutrition, and I want to commend you on your efforts-STELLAR! May God bless you abundantly for the New Year 2016 and always.
Oh I would love to give this to my mom!!!!
So nice of you to give away such a nice gift! I would probably try making homemade hummus for the first time since it has been on my to-do list for a long time.
Hummus!!
My first item to make would be hummus. My sweet husband keeps bringing home big tubs of oil filled hummus for me because he got it in his head that I like it. I do like it but I keep asking him nicely to please do not bring anymore home but he must not believe me that I don’t want it. Could be because I wolf it down every time he brings it home…lol. I know I could make it much healthier myself if I had the right tools. Thank you for this chance to win a very awesome tool. 🙂
I’d make pesto for tomato soup, which I’d also make in the food processor!
Some of the cashew based sauces I am never brave enough to attempt!
I love your blog and this is an amazing giveaway! So many delicious things to make – but using it to slice, chop, etc veggies would be one of my likely frequent uses.
I couldn’t even tell you but I know one thing…I would be in my kitchen all day!!
I’d make hummus or vegan pesto!
KitchenAids are such great products…..I have a hand mixer I’ve had over 20 years……love it……
We have a great garden every year and I would love to have this new food processor for pesto and salsa!
Hummus baby!
Wow I can’t believe you bought this to give away! If I were to win, I would give this to my best friend, who with my help is transitioning to a vegan lifestyle. She just happens to have a red theme in her kitchen! ??
